At OMGelato, we craft the best Italian desserts in Plano fresh to your order! That’s right, FRESH TO YOUR ORDER. We don’t scoop out gelato when you order it, but we start crafting your unique gelato by using liquid Nitrogen. Since liquid Nitrogen has a temperature of -320 °F, the gelato freezes very fast, causing the ice particles to be as small as possible. The smaller the ice particles, the creamier and smoother the gelato will be.
There is one more important thing you need to know about OMGelato: Customization. Our products are completely customizable because the customer has the ability to choose every component of their dessert. First of all, you can either choose a gelato or a sorbet. If you are looking for the best dessert, gelato is your number 1 go to. If you care about not consuming dairy or any fat, but still are looking for a very delicious and smooth dessert, then sorbets are made for you. Our dairy free ice cream has top-of-the-line taste that makes every scope memorable! Now that you chose your dessert, it is time to choose your base flavor, the main flavor of your gelato. There is still more left…add-ins are next. Add-ins are added to your dessert while it is being made. We have over 50 different add-ins, which you can add up to 3 to your dessert. After your dessert is made, you have the option of adding up to 3 of your favorite toppings. Our add-ins and toppings consist of different candies, chocolates, cakes, fresh fruits, syrups, and nuts. We offer some special toppings such as edible 24K gold or silver leaves. Lastly, if you want to enjoy the full experience, you should add a syringe with your favorite syrup to your dessert.
