How Our Menu Works
Base Flavors:
We offer over 60 base flavors on our menu, which you can choose from. You can select one or two base flavors and have them all in your gelato. For example, you have the choice to have traditional dark chocolate with a delicious caramel combination, creating a unique mixed flavor. It is important to note that some of the flavors such as dark chocolate, milk chocolate, honey, vanilla, biscuit, caramel, etc. are made uniquely for our milk base (gelato). Similarly, some of the flavors, such as most of our fruit flavors, are created uniquely for our water base (sorbet). However, we do offer some flavors such as strawberry, mango, etc. available in both milk or water base.
Add-ins:
Only in the method of creating gelato using Liquid Nitrogen, the customer has the freedom of choosing their favorite add-ins along with the base flavor. The customer can choose from various fresh and dried fruits, nuts, different well-known chocolates, delicious biscuits, and colorful candies as mix-ins in their gelato. You even have the choice to add cream cheese, Nutella, Peanut Butter, Oats, brownies, velvet cake, or cookies to your favorite gelato. For example, you can add chocolate pieces and peanuts to your dark chocolate and caramel gelato.
Toppings:
What if you could have all the mix-in choices for your toppings too? Besides those, you could even choose different chocolate sauces and fruits as toppings on your gelato. Different chocolates, delicious cakes such as brownies or velvet cake, different gummy bears, slivered almonds or pistachios, pieces of donuts, fresh or dried fruits, different jams such as strawberry or cherry, and whipped cream can be some of the choices that you have as toppings on your creation. Now, if you remember that dark chocolate and caramel gelato with chocolate pieces and peanuts as mix-ins, you can decide it’s topping. How about a slice of brownie? Now you have a magical gelato with dark chocolate and caramel as its base flavor with chocolate pieces and peanuts mixed into it with a moisturized piece of brownie on top of it.
Syringes
Don’t rush… there is another important choice you need to make. How about a full syringe of your favorite sauce? For instance, you can add flavor by just injecting a bit of chocolate to your gelato? How does that dark chocolate and caramel gelato with chocolate pieces and peanuts as mix-ins plus brownies as a topping and chocolate and caramel syringes sound to you?
